I’ve started this about 2 weeks ago and it definitely works and i’m sure scientists have done a study on this:After each meal I eat I always needed something sweet to eat so right after I would eat I would gargle with mouthwash…and it realllyy works!

Here is a healthy tip that keeps me away from the candy machine and is healthy to boot.  I slice up an apple and sprinkle cinnamon on it, then I place it in a baggie.  It taste almost like your eating apple pie.

Finally found a suggestion that doesn’t require too much sacrificing, and a relaxing one too. The sound of hot-caffeine-free and fruity goodness tea without real sugar is enticing. Helpful tip. Do you have any specific brand to recommend? Are they available at Walmart or can we buy it online?
