Leftover vegetables make for great soup ingredients

David Hancock of Suwanee, Ga., doesn’t throw away leftover vegetables after meals. Even if there’s just a few peas, some corn or half a serving of beans, he puts them in a plastic container and stores them in the freezer. “Pretty soon you will have enough for a great pot of vegetable soup!” he writes. Yum!
