We all use water bottles at sometime and some water bottles have permenant reuasble straws which attaches to the lid that can be taken off and put back on. But, how do you clean these straws? Well, you can take a small corner peice of a paper towel and ball it up into pea size ball, a size that is large enough to clean all sides of the straw but small enough to be pushed through the straw. The size of the ball should feel slightly tight in the straw, but not too tight that you can’t push it through Wet the ball of paper, soak it with soap and push it into the straw. Then you can use any stick like object that is clean, thin and long enough to push the ball of paper through to the other end of the straw. There you have it. A clean straw!
