Barbara Kelly of Westerville, Ohio, shares this clever tip her father cooked up. “My dad discovered this great way to ‘fry’ an egg. Sunday lunch was his responsibility. We all enjoyed fried eggs except for how greasy they can be. Dad’s approach was to crack the egg in the skillet, wait for it to set up and then add a couple of teaspoons of water to the pan. Cover with the lid no longer than 30-60 seconds, and voilà! A beautiful ‘fried’ egg!
