To put more information at your fingertips, USA WEEKEND is working with our more than 800 newspaper partners to bring you community calendars that you can include in your Family Organizer calendar. A great way to keep your calendar items organized is to create a family member for your Internet calendar subscriptions, so you can hide the community calendar display when you just want to see your personal items. Here’s how to do it:
- From the main menu of the Family Organizer, choose “settings,” and then click “general household information” at the top of the page.
- Under your kids, other adults and busy pets, add another family member called “Community calendar.”
- When subscribing to Internet calendars, you can choose which family member displays those entries. Just assign the subscription to the “Community calendar” to be able to hide those entries when you like or just look at those by themselves.
